EFEKTIFITAS HUKUMAN DALAM UNDANG-UNDANG TIPIKOR DALAM PEMBERANTASAN KORUPSI (Sebagai Upaya Pemberantasan Korupsi)

Abstract

Corruption is an extraordinary crime, which has the effect of damaging the joint economic
community. The presence of the Corruption Crime Act (TIPIKOR) is not necessarily followed by a
decline in corruption crimes. There are several aspects that require attention in order to make the
Act of Corruption effective, so that the presence of the Act can fulfill the legal objectives. That law
enforcement is not only imposed on law enforcement officials, but also covers aspects of its laws,
structure and legal culture. The judge as the spearhead of ideal law enforcement is a person who
has integrity, so that he has the courage to decide the maximum as in the Corruption Law.
